Secretary Raffensperger's Voter Guide to Constitutional Amendments and Statewide Referendums

Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger is making available to voters a summary of the statewide referendum and two proposed constitutional amendments that will appear on the General Election ballot.
Georgians will have the opportunity to cast a Yes or No vote on both proposed amendments and the referendum that the General Assembly approved during its current term for voter consideration.
The wording of the ballot questions is available on sample ballots found on My Voter Page.
Summaries prepared by Attorney General Christopher Carr, Secretary Raffensperger, and Legislative Counsel Betsy Howerton, and the actual amendments, can be found online here.
Booklets with printed summaries are available to voters at the Secretary of State’s Office and at the office of each county’s election superintendent. Anyone may request a copy by writing to Secretary of State’s Office, Elections Division, Suite 802 West Tower, 2 Martin Luther King Jr. Drive SE, Atlanta, GA, 30334.
Copies of the amendments also appeared in legal advertising in every county’s legal organ.
