I'm Austin Turner, with Turner Furniture, and we have nine locations in South Georgia, Albany, Tifton, Valdosta, Moultrie, and Thomasville. I think one of the greatest things about our company is our people. We have great people. They're committed to taking care of our customers.

We don't have a lot of turnover in our company. Most of the people that have been with us have been with us for a long period of time. We just had two celebrate a 30 year anniversary with the company.

But everyone is committed to taking care of the customers. I think that's why customers like to come to our store, because they know that we have great people, they're going to take care of them, they're going to give them great service, and that's why customers come back to see us.

We, our business is, the success is dependent upon repeat customers. We have to have customers come back, and we do have a lot of loyal customers that come back, time after time, and buy their furniture from us.

The ideal person that we look for at Turner's is just someone that is committed to taking care of our customers. They might not necessarily have a background in furniture, but if they have that personality and that desire to help people, then they are a perfect fit with our company.

We have a lot people that work with us that have started. Maybe they started in the warehouse, maybe they started on a delivery truck. They've worked themselves up to where, now, they're a manager in our warehouse, or they've worked up to sales, or even managing the store.

So, we have, not any set guidelines on who we look for, other than they have to have that commitment to take care of the customer and be willing to work hard.
