The Leadership Georgia Board of Trustees has announced the appointment of Victoria Everhart as the organization’s Director of Operations. The Chason Group led the executive search for one of the nation’s oldest leadership programs.

“Victoria is a dynamic leader who brings energy, empathy, and organization to everything she does,” according to Jamie McCurry, Leadership Georgia Chair. “Her people-first mindset and commitment to excellence align perfectly with Leadership Georgia’s mission to develop and inspire our state’s emerging leaders.”

Everhart most recently served as Director of Engagement at Watercrest Senior Living in Macon, Georgia, where she developed strategic partnerships and created programming designed to enhance resident quality of life. Prior to that, she worked at Reynolds Lake Oconee, where she led operations and coordinated memorable experiences for both residents and guests.

A proud two-time graduate of the University of Georgia, Everhart holds both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s Degree in Sports Management.

As Director of Operations, Everhart will manage the day-to-day logistics for the organization; support Leadership Georgia’s volunteer leadership; and ensure seamless planning and execution of each program year. She will be based in Atlanta at the Georgia Chamber of Commerce offices.

Everhart resides in Brookhaven and is an avid runner, pickleball player, and traveler who loves exploring new cities.
