Red Lobster (1179 St. Augustine Rd) Score: 97 A

Violations: Bags of portioned pasta packed tightly on trays on rack in WIC.


Zaxby's (1102 N. St. Augustine Rd) Score: 91 A

Violations: Worker seen handling ready to eat (croutons) with bare hands when glove or utensil use is required.


June 25th

Great Wall Restaurant (2908 N. Ashley St) Score: 74 C

Violations: Raw animal products such as ground meat, chicken and raw beef stored above cream cheese, chopped prepared vegetables, and ready to use won-ton wrappers and noodles in the walk-in cooler.The same utensil used to dispense raw seafood and chicken at the wok make table. Cold holding temperatures inadequate at the front service cooler. Cooling procedures are not being followed. No prepared items (such as fried chicken pieces, egg rolls, chicken wings, crab angles, noodles, cooked pork, cooked shrimp or cooked beef) that were cooked yesterday or earlier had any date markings on them. MUST SCHEDULE TRAINING of kitchen staff and owner within 2 weeks, by July 9, 2012 or reinspection without training will occur. 


June 26th

Violations: Observed inside/outside of dumpster not clean. Massive amount of grease building up at outside dumpster area.

 

June 27th

Dairy Queen (4598 N. Valdosta Rd) Score: 91 A

Violations: Potentially hazardous cold hold foods not kept below 41 degrees Fahrenheit as required.
