goBeyondProfit’s 2023 Business Generosity Report confirms that generosity remains a driving factor behind employees’ choice of workplace. If you’re wondering how to prioritize limited funds, employed adults provide clear direction.

Pay Equity is a new priority among Georgia employees. A remarkable 91% of employee respondents selected pay equity as an important way for a company to demonstrate generosity to employees, but what exactly are they asking for?

When given the option to pick their top two definitions:

The Gender Pay Gap: Historically, this discussion has revolved around the compensation disparity between men and women. Our data found this was of particular importance to female employees, especially between the ages of 45 and 54.
