A new Georgia Hemp law will impact local businesses and the items they can sell. Some say it’s most of their inventory.
The “Georgia Hemp Farming Act” allows the sale of regulated Hemp THC levels in given products. This revision could impact local cannabis businesses, but one I spoke with says that it is not only removing more than 90 percent of their inventory, but also taking away treatment for those who use their products for medicinal purposes.
