John Lex is based in the Firm's Valdosta office and practices in the areas of commercial litigation and corporate law. He received a Bachelor of Science in Commerce and Business Administration from The University of Alabama, a Masters in Accounting from the University of Georgia, and a Juris Doctor from the University of Georgia. After law school, John Lex clerked for the Honorable Tilman E. “Tripp" Self, III of the United States District Court for the Middle District of Georgia, and the Honorable Sarah Hawkins Warren of the Supreme Court of Georgia. Prior to joining the Firm, John Lex practiced in the Litigation & Trial Practice Group at Alston & Bird in Atlanta. John Lex is a native of Jesup and resides in Valdosta with his wife, Amy Gail, and their seven-month-old daughter, Evelyn Anne.
