Girls on the Run South Georgia is excited to announce and invite the community to the Girls on the Run Celebratory 5K presented by Pepsi on November 4, 2023 at Fellowship Home at Brookside. The 5K run/walk will start at 8am, with registration and activity stations opening at 7am.

At the 5K celebration presented by Pepsi, we gather as a community to celebrate the 

courage inside of every girl. On this day, teams unite to recognize how far our participants have come and how far they will continue to go. The 5K celebration is a day where every person – girls, coaches, caregivers, families, community members – are free to be themselves, experience joy and cross the finish line.

The day is set to include a beautiful sunrise, smiles of joy and loads of excitement. Girls on the Run 5Ks are unlike any other 5K. It isn't about how fast you finish but about moving forward to accomplish your goal. Everyone receives a medal. All walkers and runners from the community are invited to join the fun by registering early at gotrsga.org or by walk-up registration at 7am on November 4. The cost is $20/person.
