On Thursday, January 21, Mayor Scott James Matheson joined the Valdosta-Lowndes Chamber of Commerce Ambassadors to hold a ribbon-cutting for a unique new business to the Downtown area, ‘All Things Yoni.’ All Things Yoni is a holistic wellness boutique and fitness studio that takes a well-rounded approach to support women's spiritual and physical health.

Owner and Founder of All Things Yoni, Candice Bunch, hopes that this new storefront will empower women and young girls and benefit the local economy. "I am expecting to bring a lot of business and money to Valdosta. Most of all, our goal is to help women become well, by giving them a safe space to relax, get in shape, have herbal tea, and learn how to become more in line," said Bunch.

Though the store caters to women, anyone can enjoy a few amenities, including an assortment of yoga classes. Classes range from a mixture of mommy and me yoga, where instructors help combat childhood anxiety while performing class in a unicorn costume. To a standard yoga class for men or women, and what Owner Candice Bunch refers to as ‘Goldie Oldies.’ Where senior citizens can enjoy a free yoga lesson while listening to classics from their favorite decades. All Things Yoni also carries a product line with a variety of wellness products that are all made by hand by a professional Biologist. All products are entirely natural and contain the best essential oils and ingredients.

When deciding on a location for her wellness center, Bunch immediately gravitated to the Downtown area. She also knew that locating Downtown would help her business thrive. "I knew that Downtown would be a perfect place for our business. We didn't want to get lost, and we wanted to be in the best area, which of course Downtown is the best area for what we have to offer," said Bunch.
