Clinch Memorial Hospital announces that it is inaugurating Clinch Memorial Family Practice, a new primary care practice in Homerville.  The mission of this primary care practice is to provide high quality and convenient healthcare to Clinch County and surrounding areas.  “We’re glad to be able to respond to patient and community demand with the new Clinch Memorial Family Practice”, said Hospital CEO Angela Ammons.

This new primary care is funded in part with funds from a $750,000 Phase IV Rural Health Stabilization Grant from the Georgia Department of Community Health.   Grant funds were used to completely renovate the office and partner with other local health care services such as Unison Behavioral Health and Clinch County Health Department to integrate health education, behavioral and mental health, and primary care services into one central location.
