The Georgia Department of Labor is partnering Wood Group for an upcoming job fair.

The event will be held on May 1 from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. at the Valdosta Career Center, 221 S. Ashley St., Valdosta, Ga.

Wood will be looking to hire:

• electrician helpers

• laborers

• heavy equipment operators

• solar rack installers

• hardware installers

• solar panel installers  

• electrician journeymen.
