Corrections Department Hosts Job Fairs

The Georgia Department of Corrections is hosting two job fairs in South Georgia.
The hiring events are being held across the northern, southeastern and southwestern regions of Georgia where interested individuals can learn more about a career as a correctional officer, state officials said.
Job fairs will be held at Valdosta State Prison Training Building Annex, 3259 Val Tech Road.
• 8 a.m.-1 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 3.
• 9 a.m.-2 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 10.
