Artists, Community Show up for ARToberfest

Roughly 200 people toured local artists' booths at the first ARToberfest in 20 years.
Sementha Mathews, executive director for the Annette Howell Turner Center for the Arts, said the main purpose of the festival is to observe the talent of local and regional artists and their contributions to culture and community.
