May 7-12 | It's National Drinking Water Week
The City of Valdosta will observe National Drinking Water Week with a proclamation event on Friday. The observance recognizes the critical role that quality drinking water plays in the local economy, fire protection, and the overall quality of life for citizens.
May 7-11 | Brown Bag Lunch Concert Series
The popular lunch-time concert series is back in Downtown Valdosta, Monday, May 7 through Friday, May 11. Each day a different band will perform live music from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on the Lowndes County Courthouse lawn. View band lineup for each day, or call the Main Street office at 229-259-3577.

May 11 | Back To School Collaboration Meeting

May 12 | Build a Bouquet for Mom
The Build a Bouquet event, hosted by Valdosta Main Street, will be held on Saturday, May 12, from 11 a.m. – 2 p.m. Participants can enjoy an interactive day with merchants, which results in a beautiful floral arrangement for Mom. For every minimum $20 purchase at a participating downtown merchant, your receipt becomes your ticket to collect a flower from all of the participating merchants (while supplies last).
