March 26-30 | Downtown Valdosta Easter Egg Hunt
Valdosta Main Street will host a fun twist on the traditional Easter Egg Hunt in downtown Valdosta, Monday, March 26- Friday, March 30. Hints to the location of these eggs will be posted at 10 a.m. each day on ONE of the participating merchants Facebook/Instagram accounts. Citizens are encouraged to follow ALL participating merchants to get these daily hints. If an egg is found, citizens should take egg to Ciao Bella SC Boutique to receive prize. March 30 | Valdosta Sanitation Schedule for Good Friday
The City of Valdosta will be closed on Friday, March 30, in observance of Good Friday holiday. The Sanitation Division will collect residential garbage only on Friday, March 30. Sanitation customers who normally have their sanitation collected on Fridays should place their recyclables and yard waste at the curbside by 5 a.m. on Monday, April 2 for both Friday and Monday pickups.
