Guardian Bank Announces Two New Bankers

Guardian Bank is pleased to announce that Sam Warren has joined its ranks of dedicated bankers. The addition comes as the bank looks to expand its lending strength.
“For twenty years, Guardian Bank has worked to serve the community by providing a safe, sound, and local banking facility that understands and gives back to the local market” said Parrish Clark, CEO, Guardian Bank. “We will look to Sam to help us carry on that tradition and know our customers will appreciate the experience and knowledge he brings.”
Warren is a 2004 graduate from Georgia Military College and a 2007 graduate from Valdosta State University, receiving his Associates in Business Administration and Bachelors of Fine Arts, respectively. He furthered his financial education by attending Georgia Banking School at The University of Georgia, matriculating in May of 2016.
Warren is a 2012 graduate of Leadership Lowndes and is active in the Wiregrass Cattlemens Association and the Lowndes FFA Booster Club. He and his wife Kristy have two children, Annyson and Vann, and attend Redeemer Presbyterian Church.

Guardian Bank is pleased to announce that Amanda Garland has joined its team of personal and professional bankers.

As a community bank, we continuously look for ways to better serve our area, and Amanda is an exciting addition to that ongoing mission.”
Garland is a 1998 Lowndes High School graduate. She went on to obtain both her Banking & Finance as well as her Accounting degree from Valdosta Technical College in 2007. Garland has extensive banking experience, having served as a teller, customer service representative, lending assistant, trainer, and branch manager in her financial industry tenure.
She is married to Christopher Garland and together they have one son, Warren. The family attends Pine Grove Community Baptist Church, where Garland serves as the Children’s Church Director as well as the Vacation Bible School Director. She is also on the board of the Lowndes Education Improvement Foundation.
