The Pearlman Cancer Center in partnership with Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc. will host the fifth annual Pink Party to honor breast cancer survivors in our region. (Family members of breast cancer survivors are also welcome to attend.)

WHEN: Saturday, October 14, 2017

WHERE: 10 am; Pearlman Cancer Center Lobby, South Georgia Medical Center

BACKGROUND:  A networking and resource education event, the Pink Party will be held at the Pearlman Cancer Center from 10:00am to 12:00pm. The party will feature an educational speaker, Pearlman Nurse Practitioner Jennifer Stevick, who will provide information on estrogen deprivation and stress, as well as networking opportunities, lively entertainment and pink refreshments.

According to Breast Cancer Survivor Lawanna Barron, one of the event organizers, the Sharper Singers have been invited to perform and a Survivor’s Fashion Show will feature “pink” fashions. Join us for this fun and educational event to celebrate breast cancer survivorship.
