Members of the 23d Wing Honor Guard conduct a flag folding ceremony, during a Retiree Appreciation Week event, at the Freedom 1 Fitness Center on Moody Air Force Base, Ga. Retired Chief Master Sgt. James Ingram, director of the Retiree Affairs Office, created the annual event in the 1990’s to bring retirees together and make them feel welcomed in the base community.
