The South Georgia Medical Center Volunteer Auxiliary is hosting a Sparkle Life Trunk Show on Friday, Sept. 22 from 7am-5pm inside the hospital gift shop.

According to Volunteer Services Director Jessica McKinney, each year the Volunteer Auxiliary Ways and Means Chair along with the Gift Shop Manager, Paula Martinez, mindfully plan out unique shopping events.

"These events are not limited to just employees of the hospital, they are for guests, families and visitors alike to experience,” says McKinney. "In return guests are supporting a great cause as up to 20 percent of sales profits are fed into an annual contribution made to the SGMC Foundation.”

The collective profits from these events, in the form of that donation, are put to valuable use by sponsoring a myriad of hospital equipment and improvements that are directly related to patient care
Sparkle Life Trunk Shows feature a fun and colorful collection of necklaces, bracelets and earrings featuring mix and match beads made from Swarovski crystal elements. Cash debit and most major credit cards are accepted. For more information contact McKinney at 229-433-4412 or [email protected].
