The Chamber Ambassadors honored Wooden Nickel Pub as Leading Business of the Week.

Wooden Nickel Pub has been a Valdosta favorite for nearly 30 years! With a menu for every taste, the restaurant has been rated “Best Place to Take the Kids for Dinner” in years past.

Some Valdosta natives may remember Wooden Nickel at their original location on North Valdosta Road where they thrived from 1978 to 2005. After a one year break, the restaurant reopened in their current location on Inner Perimeter Road, with one of their first steps being to join Chamber. “Our success since the reopening has been greater than we could have expected,” states owner, Robin Woodruff. “We are thrilled to still be serving the Valdosta community with a fun and casual dining experience after all these years!”
