Twelve VHS Seniors Graduate from Valdosta’s GPP Program

The City of Valdosta hosted a ceremony, Wednesday, May 17, at 3 p.m., in the City Hall Annex Multi-Purpose Room for the 12 VHS seniors who will graduate from The Great Promise Partnership program. The students will receive a GPP stole, a graduation certificate from the GPP program, and a gift from the city.
The city employs 17 of the 26 GPP students that work in the Valdosta-Lowndes County area, funded through the City of Valdosta's Community Development Block Grant program.
