The Chamber Ambassadors honored Lowe’s Distribution Center as Leading Business of the Week this week.

For more than 60 years, Lowe’s has been leading home improvement across the country, but Valdosta’s location boasts a few special accomplishments. They are honored to be the Regional Distribution Center of the Year for Lowe’s Supply Chain in 2016; however, they take even more pride in being named the safest RDC among a Lowe’s RDC network already known for having above average safety.

Lowe’s focuses on creating a family atmosphere for their employees and customers. “Our company is evolving to focus on the customer. We truly want to help people love where they live,” explains Mike Jerome. They see the Chamber as a great community partner and advocate who can help them further their success.
