The Chamber Ambassadors held a ribbon cutting for Partners in Health Management recently.

Partners in Health Management is a health care clinic specializing in diabetes education and related services. Their clinic offers self-management education, training and support for persons with diabetes through small group classes, individual consultations and medical nutrition therapy conducted by Certified Diabetes Educators.

For added convenience for their clients, Partners in Health Management provides weekend classes.  In addition, they are able to offer services in both Spanish and English.
