Lake Park Adopts Golf Cart Ordinance

Lake Park will lower its speed limits on city streets to put itself in compliance with the Official Code of Georgia.
Lake Park City Council voted to adopt Ordinance 111, commonly known as the “golf cart ordinance,” at it’s meeting Tuesday, which would prohibit motorized carts from traveling on roads with speed limits greater than 25-miles per hour.
