Lowndes Vies for 200 Jobs

More than 200 new jobs could be coming to Lowndes County.
The Greater Lowndes Planning Commission voted unanimously to recommend a change in zoning from Estate Agricultural (E-A) to Heavy Manufacturing (M-2) for about 123 acres near Rocky Ford Road, at a special called meeting Tuesday.
