The Valdosta Fire Department will host a promotion ceremony on Monday, Nov. 16, 2015, at 9:30 a.m., in the Valdosta City Hall Annex Multi-Purpose Room.
The event will recognize the promotions of Brian Boutwell to Assistant Fire Chief and Johnny Henry to Battalion Chief in the presence of their families, coworkers and friends.
