Steven Carter recently joined Nexxtep Technology Services as Creative Director. Prior to working with Nexxtep, he was the owner of Southern Roots Design Company. Carter is originally from South Georgia and is a 2007 graduate of the University of Georgia. He is a member of the AIGA and is proficient in the Adobe Suite of creative software. At Nexxtep, he will offer clients clean, smart and effective communication solutions through graphic design.
