Linda Davis, Voice-Over Actor joins the Valdosta Community

Staff Report From Valdosta CEO

Friday, September 11th, 2015

The Valdosta-Lowndes Chamber Ambassadors welcomed Linda Davis, Voice-Over Actor to the Valdosta area Tuesday with a ribbon cutting.

The ribbon cutting was a celebratory occasion for Linda Davis.

“I chose to hold a ribbon cutting as a way to mark and celebrate my entry into the field of Voice-Over Acting, and to announce my services to the community.”

While new to the field of Voice-Over Acting, Davis said she is not new to the community.

“I have been a part of the arts community in Valdosta for quite some time.  I’ve done my part for the economy, shopping at the many fine stores in this city.  Although we live in another county, Valdosta seemed like the logical place to establish my business,” said Davis.

A veteran of the Valdosta arts community, Davis is also well-acquainted with the Communications field.  She is a former writer, producer, and host of her own radio show in Lexington, Kentucky, and is able to bring that experience into her new Voice-Over business.

“I am the voice of experience—old enough to be taken seriously, youthful enough to be cool and funny…I’m local, I know my stuff and I move swiftly and assertively to get the job done,” said Davis.
