From a ripe cherry tomato picked on a Georgia farm to hot boiled peanuts, The Country Store offers its patrons convenience with a country twist. The store welcomes those looking for a quick snack or a fresh piece of produce picked from a local farm.

“This is just the beginning for The Country Store,” said owner David Hall. “We’ve started with convenience store items, propane and produce and will soon expand to gas, lottery services and tobacco products.”

Hall said that the store ultimately looks to be the friendly neighborhood place where people can not only get what they need, but also support their community. Chamber Ambassadors celebrated with a ribbon cutting at the store’s grand opening this month.
