Individuals included on the list help navigate their organizations through the stormy seas of healthcare reform and keep their ships upright during the shift to value-based healthcare. This is the second year Becker's Hospital Review has published a version of this list with 150 healthcare finance leaders.

The Becker's Hospital Review editorial team selected leaders through an editorial review process that included considering nominations, reviewing prior lists from the publication and conducting editorial research. 

The 2015 list of "150 Hospital and Health System CFOs to Know" included Raymond A. Snead, DHA. Interim CFO of South Georgia Medical Center.
