Public Meeting Held for Utility Extension Phase I – Island 69B

The City of Valdosta will host a public meeting on Tuesday, May 12, from 6 to 7 p.m., to discuss with local property owners and interested citizens the upcoming Annexed Island 69B utility project. The meeting will be held at the Horizon Academy School, located at 1500-A Lankford Drive.
The utility extension includes the following streets: Rouse, Lankford and Parker Mathis areas.
City officials, as well as the contractor for the project, will be on hand to discuss the construction schedule and to answer questions from citizens. For more information, call (229) 259-3530.
