Valdosta-Lowndes E-SPLOST Support Campaign Kicks Off

Supporters of the education sales tax in Valdosta and Lowndes County held a kickoff event Tuesday evening for a campaign to convince voters to support the tax.
Voters were expected to decide in March whether to renew the E-SPLOST.
Tuesday evening's event was co-chaired by leaders from the Lowndes County and Valdosta City School systems.
