SGMC announces that James Eutzler, DO, FACOEP, FACEP has accepted the medical directorship at Health Care South, a primary care and walk-in clinic formerly served by the late Jerry G. Purvis, Sr., MD. 

Dr. Eutzler will continue to work with Nurse Practitioner Annette Robinson and Registered Nurse Amanda Cornelius to provide customer-focused care for chronic disease management and urgent care for unexpected minor accidents and illnesses. Appointments are encouraged and can be made by calling 229-433-7350.

“The goal is to build a healthier community through ease of access,” said Dr. Eutzler. “The healthcare team and I are eager to serve the community with uninterrupted services.”

According to Assistant Administrator for Clinical Services Pam Cartwright, FACHE, Dr. Eutzler will also continue to oversee the SGMC Occupational & Industrial Medicine Center. Both facilities are located at 520 Griffin Avenue.
