The Valdosta State University Small Business Development Center (SBDC) is offering a Customer Service (Maximum Service) training at VSU’s Pound Hall (North Campus) Sponsored by Guardian Bank!

Maximum Service will provide you with the training and tools necessary to implement excellent customer service. Maximum Service is an interactive five part series that will help you develop and implement an outstanding customer service program. Learn fresh ideas to differentiate your business, add value, and create profitable relationships with your customers.

The series dates are:  September 30^th, October 2, 7, 9, 14^th  and will run from 10am – 12pm. Cost for the class is $49 which includes the cost of materials. Class size is limited, and no like businesses can participate, so sign up soon!
