The Valdosta-Lowndes Chamber’s Ambassadors donned green jackets as they joined Direct Auto Insurance for its ribbon cutting ceremony. Cindy Hartwig, regional sales manager, was pleased about the new membership.

Direct Auto Insurance is a provider of non-standard auto insurance and has been in business for more than 20 years. The business operates out of 13 states with 450 storefronts. In addition to auto insurance, Direct Auto offers financial products and services including life insurance, roadside assistance, pre-paid debit cards, emergency protection, and tax preparation services.

Much like the company’s other successful locations, the Valdosta store is committed to customer service as reflected in the company’s mission, “We’ll do right by you.” The staff strives to make life easier when it comes to auto insurance by providing affordability with superior customer service.

The business gives back to the community in a variety of ways as well. They recently completed a Back to School promotion which provided students with free backpacks and school supplies. Community support is very important to the organization. “We are here to serve the people of the Valdosta community,” said Hartwig.
