Friday, August 1st, 2014
The Valdosta-Lowndes County Chamber of Commerce Ambassadors celebrated with The Medicine Shoppe during its ribbon cutting ceremony on Friday, July 18. Robert Hatton, the store’s owner, considered the event a success. “I thought it was great,” said Hatton. “I was impressed at the turn out and the commitment of so many Chamber members.”
Previously located on Windemere Drive, The Medicine Shoppe’s new site on Ashley Street is a convenient location for North Valdosta residents. According to Hatton, the business’s new location is already a hit with many loyal customers. “The new place has easier access for North Valdosta Residents,” said Hatton. “We also have more square footage and an expanded over-the-counter section.”
The Medicine Shoppe is now located at 2921 North Ashley Street and can be reached at (229)244-0640.
