Violations: Potentially hazardous food not held at 135 degrees Fahrenheit or above: cooked vegetables, corn on the cob, beans, fried fish, baked chicken, baked fish. Observed potentially hazardous foods not cooled from 135F to 70F in 2hrs and/or to 41F in a total of 6hrs. All foods not meeting cooling time and temp requirements were discarded. Observed mac and cheese, tuna and chicken made 6-12-13 with no datemark. Observed several live and dead roaches throughout establishment.
