Bleu Pub (116 W. Hill Ave) Score: 75 C

Violations: No Certified Food Manager for establishment. no EHP present-manager doesn't know main 5 foodborne illnesses or reportable symptoms, when to exclude/restrict sick employees. Observed black mold inside ice maker. Observed pub cheese in walk in cooler at 47F. Cooked potentially hazardous food not cooled from 135 degrees Fahrenheit to 41 degrees Fahrenheit within 6 hours.. Observed cooked potatoes covered in reach in refrigerator @ 11:00am that had been cooked and cooled from the previous day. Observed spray bottle of sanitizer stored on top of ketchup, observed spray chemical bottles stored next to clean utensils.

McDonalds (4109 Bemiss Rd) Score: 83 B

Violations: Ready to eat Canadian bacon stored over and in the box with raw sausage and raw frozen hamburger meat. Please store mushrooms, Canadian bacon and other breakfast frozen items in their own pan over and above covered raw meat products. Food on the floor in the walk-in freezer not covered/stored on the floor. Dishes used for fresh food not cleaned to the sight and touch as required. Visible debris noted on coffee pots, tea urns, soda nozzles, ice bins, ice cream cone dispensers, syrup dispensers, etc.. Utensils and trays used for breakfast service covered in soil used again for lunch without being washed, rinsed, then sanitized. Shake machine internal hopper observed with crusty old debris and floating unidentified objects. Please do not use until properly cleaned.
