Texas Road House (1874 Clubhouse Dr) Score: 91 A

Violations: Pork, mushrooms, and onions for reheat were observed being set into the hot wells at opening of the restaurant without being properly reheated to 165 degrees x 15 seconds.

 

January 9th

McAlister's Deli (1700 Norman Dr) Score: 85 B

Violations: Ice machine and ice spout on self serve machine noted with mold like buildup. Inside microwaves x 2 noted with large amount of dried food debris. Dried tomato seeds and lint noted on Meat slicer. Pans used to store 'clean lids' noted with food debris/dried onion peelings in bottom. Shelves under prep tables where clean containers are stored are noted with buildup of food debris. Broc soup from previous day service did not reheat to 165 x 15 seconds within 2 hours.
