Violations: Observed potentially hazardous food ham, turkey, sl tomatoes and shredded cheese not cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed handwashing sinks leaking onto floor. Observed air filter/vent that needs cleaning from dust and mold.
