Violations: Foods were not correctly cooling in shallow pans either on ice or in the cooler at the time of inspection. Red sauce and green salsa were moved into shallow pans to correct cool at time of inspection. One thick pan of chicken was split into two pans to correct cool at time of inspection. Shrimp observed thawing at room temperature in vegetable washing sink. Use proper thawing method in proper preparation area.

McDonald's (1177 N St. Augustine Rd) Score: 77 C
Violations: Angus burger and quarter patties not meeting minimum cook temp of 155 degrees for 15 seconds throughout. Breakfast chicken patty not being held at 135 degrees or above. Front patty 112 degrees and patty in the back of slot was at 139 degrees. Pasteurized cheese slices out on counter at 52 degrees with no time marking. Upon entering for inspection it was noted that an old score was hanging for public view (score of A instead of C score earned on 6/11/12) Must hang most recent score at all times.
