Violations: Observed raw hamburger patties on shelf over bags of french fries in RIF. Raw liquid eggs in plastic pan with ladle in it for use over 2 pans of hot dogs. Cartons of liquid eggs over hot dogs as well. Several FCS noted soiled with dried food: tomato slicer, onion chopper, vegetable dicer, sectionizer and ice machine. Metal lids noted with dried food debris and plastic holding pan with moist grease. Bloody hanburgers noted holding on right side of grill at 135 degrees. Observed cleaner and destainer sitting in vegetable sink.

September 21st

McDonald's (4185 N Valdosta Rd) Score: 92 A

Violations: Observed utensils and wares stored on shelves in clean dish area visibily soiled with old food debris and grease. Dishes being washes, rinsed and sanitized were not being cleansed of visible food debris and particles and placed to dry on clean side of 3 compartment sink. Utensils observed not washed, rinsed and sanitized at the change-over to lunch as required. Inspection report or grade not posted in drive thru window as required. Handwashing sign not posted in men's room as requested during last complaint investigation in Nov. Trays and utensils in poor condition noted and stored in clean dish area.

September 24th

Pizza Hut (1823 W Hill Ave) Score: 93

Violations: Deli ham container opened and in CH prep unit 4 days past discard date set by establishment and 1 day past total of 7 days allowed by Health Authority regulations. Pizza Hut allows 4 days for product. (date ready 9/16 and discard was 9/20) Ham discarded. Educated on importance of discarding by day #7. Dirty pan noted in veggie prep sink with water soaking in it.
