South Georgia Medical Center will hold a ribbon cutting for the new parking deck Tuesday, July 31st at 10:00 am.

The Hospital Authority of Valdosta and Lowndes County, GA entered into a contract with Cauthan Construction last year to construct a 5-story, 725 space parking garage on the SGMC campus.  The City and County each contributed SPLOST funds to help with funding the $10 million deck. The deck includes many safety features as well as an elevator. The deck will serve physicians, visitors and staff of SGMC as well as Valdosta State University students taking classes at North Campus.  Parking will be provided free of charge. Please join us!
