306 North Restaurant (306 N. Patterson St) Score: 70 C

Violations: Quail eggs (raw) stored over RTE items in RIC (asparagus, pasta salad). Raw chicken in CH drawer at grill stored over beef items. Raw sausage in plastic container stored over cooked duck in WIC. Observed several items stored in RIC with packages left open (ziplock bags open in RIC) or containers in WIC with no cover (red wine gravy and soup). Observed black slimy buildup in ice machine and in both soda gun and holders at bar. Sanitizer at dis machine at bar noted to be too low. Observed 2 pans of mashed potatoes, bloody mary sauce, sea crab soup noted above 41 degrees and not cooled properly from previous day. Numerous items noted in RIC and WIC with no date marking label. (pea salsa, sliced turkey, sliced ham, mashed potatoes, sea crab soup x 2, bloody mary sauce, cream of mushroom soup)
