Sitel Adding 150 Positions to Augusta, GA Customer Care Call Center

Sitel, a leading customer care outsourcing provider, today announced the addition of 150 full-time entry-level customer service representatives at the Company's Augusta, Georgia call center, located at 2115 Windsor Spring Road. 130 new associates will provide customer care service and technical support for a national wireless provider, while the remaining 20 new hires will deliver customer care for a financial services client.
