Bush Wealth Management Names Courtney Gooding Partner, Chief Operations Officer

Bush Wealth Management announced this week that Courtney Gooding, previously serving as partner and chief compliance officer, has transitioned into a new role as partner, chief operations officer (COO).  

In her role as COO, Gooding helps translate the firm’s overall business strategy into daily operations, ensuring that every department works seamlessly to support clients and advisors, Bush Wealth Management said in a press release. Her leadership focuses on key operational areas including compliance, technology, and human resources, which are critical functions that allow the firm to operate efficiently and effectively, the company said.
