CBC Bank Names Ryan Warren Chief Executive Officer and President of Commercial Banking Company

Commercial Banking Company and their Board of Directors are proud to announce the promotion of Ryan Warren as the new President and Chief Executive Officer for CBC Bank, and member of the Board of Directors, effective immediately.

With more than 20 years in the banking industry serving in various leadership roles including both CLO and CRO positions for CBC Bank, Warren has developed an expertise that will enable him to excel in his new role. “We look forward to having Ryan lead the outstanding team we have here at CBC Bank,” said Jim Langdale, President of The Langdale Company. “His expertise and community leadership compliments the core values of our family business. We believe his knowledge of retail banking and commercial lending will benefit our community-focused bank.”

Previously, Ryan served as the Chief Lending Officer leading the lending team across all 5 branches of CBC Bank. Prior to this, he served as Chief Retail and Sales Officer for 5 years, overseeing sales goals and production for the lending team and CBC Mortgage while also a producing lender.

Warren states “CBC Bank and the Langdale family of companies have been a fixture in South Georgia for generations. To have the opportunity to lead this organization and to carry forward the vision of its Board is both exciting and humbling. “

Warren is a native of Early County where he is a 1994 graduate of Southwest Georgia Academy in Damascus, Georgia. He holds a BBA in Management from the VSU Langdale College of Business and is a graduate of the University of Georgia Banking School, Class of 2002. He is also a committed community member, serving in many organizations in Lowndes County. Ryan has served on the Georgia Christian School Board of Directors for 15 years, serving 5 of those years as Chairman. He was also on the Lake Park Chamber Board from 2002-2012, serving 4 of those years as Chairman. He has been a deacon at the Airport Church of Christ for 14 years and was recently installed as an elder. Ryan is married to his wife of 22 years, Nikki, and has two daughters, Bailey, 19, and Lindsey, 16.
