Prince Automotive today announced that they will be building a new 34,000 square foot facility to be located at its current location – 4550 North Valdosta Road in Valdosta. 

“The new facility will provide Valdosta consumers a higher standard of customer convenience and service satisfaction.” said Jay Prince, VP for Prince Automotive of Valdosta. “In addition, this will give our employees a much more pleasant work environment that has been so needed.” 

The differences to the new Prince Chevrolet, Buick, GMC dealership will be immediately apparent, including an inviting exterior façade with updated signage; a bright showroom featuring customer greeting stations; and a comfortable customer lounge offering free wireless internet and all customer amenities including a separate child’s play area. In addition, the 22 stall service department will be climate controlled offering state of the art diagnostic equipment and all new service lifts including a dedicated quick lube department and car wash. 

In addition, each sales person will be equipped with wireless tablets to enhance the customer experience in today’s digital world. “We’ve looked at the customer experience from all viewpoints, and the new facility will cater to our customers’ needs to provide the best dealership experience”, states Jay Prince.
