Coleman Talley will be hosting a blood drive in partnership with LifeSouth on Friday, March 12 from 8:00am to 5:00pm. The donation event will take place in the public parking lot adjacent to the firm’s office at 109 South Ashley Street and is open to anyone who would like to participate.

Interested donors may register at https://donors.lifesouth.org/donor/schedules/sponsor_code using the organization code 21204-03106. Users must then create an account to select an appointment time. Walk-ins are also accepted. All donors will receive a $10 VISA gift card, a t-shirt, and a free test for COVID-19 antibodies.

In the midst of the covid-19 pandemic, blood banks are under emergency need. All donations from the drive go directly to hospitals in South Georgia. LifeSouth is taking additional measures to keep donation sites safe during the pandemic including pre-screening, sanitizing and cleaning, utilizing personal protective equipment, and limiting the number of people gathered.
