Georgia Public Service Commission Elects Chuck Eaton as 2020-2021 Chairman

The Public Service Commission, on Tuesday, elected Commissioner Chuck Eaton as the Chairman of the Commission for 2020 and 2021.

Every two years, Commissioners may elect a new chairman with a simple majority vote. Rules for the Chairman’s election can be found in Georgia Code 46-2-5(a).

Commissioner Tim Echols will remain in his position as Vice Chairman.
